This privacy notice provides you with details of how we collect and process your personal data. Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymised data.

Dilip Patel Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for data protection purposes and to be kept informed of any changes or updates to data protection requirements. We comply with our obligations under GDPR by keeping personal data up to date; storing and destroying it securely; not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure.

A client may request access to their personal data held by Dilip Patel Limited at any point. The copy will be sent free of charge unless Dilip Patel Limited deems the request to be excessive or repetitive.

Most commonly, we will use your personal data on the following grounds:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you or your sponsor

Dilip Patel Limited holds and processes clients’ personal data, including name, contact details, background, goals and notes on the coaching and well-being programmes to enable us to provide each client and sponsor with ongoing support and relevant services.

The data may be shared anonymously with external agencies only where appropriate or to enable Dilip Patel Limited to carry out work to the best of its capability. This may include, for instance, in supervision sessions, in coaching or well-being CPD groups, for quality assurance purposes or in promotional materials and websites for Dilip Patel Limited. Names in publicity materials will only be used with consent. The data may be shared, if required, by law and for duty of care to keep the individual and/or the public safe.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, insurance or reporting requirements.

Under data protection laws you have rights in relation to your personal data that include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data and to withdraw consent.
